I returned one wallet from a 2-wallet order. Do I lose the entire Bonus?

No — only partially. The Bonus tied to the returned D'CENT Biometric Wallet becomes void, but the Bonus for the wallet you kept remains valid. You won't lose everything for a partial return.

What happens if I cancel my order after receiving the voucher email?

If the cancellation or return is processed before the airdrop date (April 10, 2026), your Bonus eligibility is void. The purchase must be final for the reward to be distributed.

What exchange rate will be used for my $10 Bonus in BTC or XRP?
