Voucher Delivery & Activation

Vouchers are issued to the email address used during purchase once the order is fulfilled.

• Activation Window: You must activate your Voucher Code within 17 calendar days of the email being sent.
• Airdrop Date: All verified Bonuses will be distributed on April 10, 2026 for Round 1 purchasers. While the verified Bonuses will be distributed on April 17, 2025 for Round 2 purchasers.
• The email will contain a QR code and a direct redemption link.

Important Notes

• Selection of the Bonus asset at checkout is final and cannot be changed.
• Orders canceled or returned before the airdrop date (Round 1: April 10, 2026, Round 2: 17 April, 2026) are not eligible for the Bonus.
• Voucher Codes expire 17 days after issuance; void codes cannot be reissued.

Do I need to set up my D'CENT Biometric Wallet before activating the voucher?

Yes — and the mode matters. Set up your D'CENT Biometric Wallet and install the D'CENT App first. When scanning the QR code, make sure the app is running in Biometric Wallet mode.

I returned one wallet from a 2-wallet order. Do I lose the entire Bonus?

No — only partially. The Bonus tied to the returned D'CENT Biometric Wallet becomes void, but the Bonus for the wallet you kept remains valid. You won't lose everything for a partial return.

What happens if I cancel my order after receiving the voucher email?

If the cancellation or return is processed before the airdrop date (April 10, 2026 for Round 1 & April 17, 2026 for Round 2), your Bonus eligibility is void. The purchase must be final for the reward to be distributed.

What exchange rate will be used for my $10 Bonus in BTC or XRP?

The market rate at the time of deposit on April 10, 2026 for Round 1 and April 17, 2026 for Round 2. The crypto amount you receive may be slightly above or below $10 in value depending on price movement on that day.

What if my Bonus doesn't arrive on April 10?

In cases of unforeseen circumstances — such as network congestion or blockchain delays — the airdrop may be delayed by up to 3 business days. If it still hasn't arrived after that window, reach out to D'CENT support with your order details.
