DCENT Shop is based in South Korea, and some cards may be declined for international purchases. Common reasons include:
- Restrictions on corporate or business cards,
- Bank blocking overseas use, insufficient funds, or credit limit reached,
- Security system flagging the transaction as unusual,
- 3D Secure (OTP/app) authentication not completed.
If your payment fails, please try the following:
- Use a personal card,
- Enable overseas use with your bank,
- Contact your bank to approve the purchase,

Shipping & Tax
- Due to international regulations on products containing built-in batteries, each parcel can contain a maximum of two Biometric Wallets. If you purchase more than two, the additional units will be shipped in a separate parcel at no extra cost.
- Shipping charges will apply and import taxes may be imposed by your local customs office.
- These taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you refuse to pay the import tax and the parcel is returned to us, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How does the DCENT Biometric Wallet work?
The wallet generates your private key inside secure hardware and stores it encrypted. To send or receive crypto, start a transaction on the wallet and confirm with your fingerprint. This two-step process ensures that only you, the wallet's owner, can authorize access to your crypto.
Can I delete a fingerprint or add one more?
Deleting: If using fingerprints is difficult, you can switch to a PIN. After deleting registered fingerprints, a PIN of 4 to 8 digits can be set. Note that if two fingerprints are registered, deleting removes both.
Adding: You can register one more fingerprint in addition to the initial one, up to two in total. The added fingerprint carries the same authority as the original — usable for everything including coin transfers — so register it carefully.
What happens if I lose my DCENT Biometric Wallet?
Don't worry! As long as your recovery words are stored safely (separately from the wallet), you can recover your crypto on a new DCENT Biometric Wallet. These recovery words are the only private key proving ownership of your crypto, so handle them with extra care.
