If your fingerprint is not being recognized properly, please first ensure that your finger is not too dry or moist. It might also help to clean the fingerprint sensor and try again.
If the issue persists, it might be due to worn fingerprints, which can sometimes be difficult to read. In such cases, we recommend using the PIN number authentication feature as an alternative. You can find instructions on how to set up this feature in the user guide.
