DCENT Shop is based in South Korea, and some cards may be declined for international purchases. Common reasons include:
- Restrictions on corporate or business cards,
- Bank blocking overseas use, insufficient funds, or credit limit reached,
- Security system flagging the transaction as unusual,
- 3D Secure (OTP/app) authentication not completed.
If your payment fails, please try the following:

- Enable overseas use with your bank,
- Contact your bank to approve the purchase,
- or use PayPal for faster checkout.
Shipping & Tax
- For orders to the U.S., UK/EU, and Japan, we cover import duties — applicable sales tax is charged at checkout, with no extra customs fees on delivery.
- For other destinations, shipping charges will apply and import taxes may be imposed by your local customs office. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you refuse to pay the import tax and the parcel is returned to us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
What is the R3covery card?
R3covery is a recovery-only backup card for DCENT S and DCENT X hardware wallets. Instead of writing your 24 recovery words on paper, you tap the card once (on your phone with DCENT S, on the device with DCENT X) and the words are saved to the R3covery card, encrypted.
If your DCENT device is ever lost or damaged, the R3covery card restores your assets in the DCENT app in about 3 minutes.
Which wallets does it work with?
R3covery stores and restores the recovery words of DCENT S and DCENT X only, so it cannot be used to store or restore the recovery words of other brands' wallets.
If someone finds my R3covery card, can they restore my assets?
No. The recovery words on the R3covery card are stored encrypted. They are not printed on the card and cannot be read as plain text.
Restoring assets with the R3covery card also requires the PIN you set, so someone who finds the card cannot use it. We still recommend keeping the card somewhere safe at home, separate from your device.

What if I lose the R3covery card?
Your assets are not gone. They live on the blockchain, and the card is one way to restore access — as long as you still have your DCENT device or another recovery method you set up, you can register a new backup.
The key is to keep the card and your device in different places. Keep the device with you, and the R3covery card somewhere safe at home. If you lose every device and every recovery method at once, recovery becomes difficult.
You can also save the same recovery words to more than one R3covery card and keep them in different places.
