If you look at the confirmation emails you have received you will notice that you entered less information about your address for your second order, that's why the delivery failed. Issueing a refund once the product is returned to us is a standard procedure.

Also, please be noted that the OTG Cable is not required to make an update, you can do those with the cable from the original packaging via computer. The OTG cable is to be used to update through Android.
