Horrible experience

I order and have my money taken. Obviously I have to enter my complete address for billing, then indicate that it is my mailing address, confirm them, and submit. I recieve an email that it cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address. Ridiculous. I email customer support, stating all the above and am issued a refund. Thanks but that doesn't give me my cable to update the wallet I purchased. Use another cold storage is my honest advice

If you look at the confirmation emails you have received you will notice that you entered less information about your address for your second order, that's why the delivery failed. Issueing a refund once the product is returned to us is a standard procedure.
We are sorry about the inconvenience.

Also, please be noted that the OTG Cable is not required to make an update, you can do those with the cable from the original packaging via computer. The OTG cable is to be used to update through Android.

Australians ripped off.

No problem with the cable but once again Australians are continuously being ripped off by tech companies. No special deals for us while the rest of the world sit pretty.
