What is OTG cable for?
The OTG cable lets you update your Biometric Wallet’s firmware directly from Android devices—no computer required.

Only compatible with older models using 5-pin (USB B-type) ports.

Newer models have USB-C ports and don’t require an OTG cable.

Firmware updates are supported only on Android (not available for iPhone).
Does the OTG cable support charging?
Yes, you can charge the battery on your older models of DCENT Biometric Wallet with the OTG cable.
Shipping & Tax
- For orders to the U.S., UK/EU, and Japan, we cover import duties — applicable sales tax is charged at checkout, with no extra customs fees on delivery.
- For other destinations, shipping charges will apply and import taxes may be imposed by your local customs office. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you refuse to pay the import tax and the parcel is returned to us, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
