D'CENT App Major Update Announcement – Dec, 2024
We have applied several important changes to the D'CENT app to make your wallet usage more convenient and secure. *The updates are being gradually applied to users with app version 7.0.0 or higher.*
Check out the details of this update below.
1. Change in account sorting method on the My Wallet tab
[Before] Assets were displayed in a predetermined order by default.
[After] Now, your assets are displayed in order of balance from highest to lowest (based on the local currency set in the app).
As a result, loading time might slightly increase, but assets will be displayed more intuitively.
2. Significant reduction in XRPL account maintenance costs
[Before] Maintaining an XRPL account required a minimum of 10 XRP.
[After] Now, only a minimum of 1 XRP is required! Token account maintenance cost is 0.2 XRP.
3. Termination of Beacon Chain support
[Change] It is no longer possible to create new Beacon Chain accounts. Users who wish to continue using their existing accounts can contact us via the app's "Settings - Support" for one-on-one inquiries.
4. Standardization of coin name display
[Before] Coins were displayed with a mix of IDs, names, and descriptions. Example: XLM-TESTNET
[After] All coins are now displayed with names only. Example: Stellar Testnet
5. New "Labs" feature added to the Settings tab
[Before] The following features had to be used individually in the Settings menu:
- Enable Testnet
- Custom Derivation Path Accounts
- Clear Cache
[After] These features have been consolidated into the "Labs" menu.

6. Change in the color of the Help icon
[Before] The Help icon was displayed in black.
[After] The Help icon has been updated to D'CENT's official color: Mint, making it more noticeable!
