First purchased this wallet over a yr ago 2023. Considered a novice since It took me 3 yrs to fully acept the crypto world and understanding it. Cold Wallet is the ONLY way to go. AND THE DCENT WALLET is Second to None! The Biometric Feature is what actually sold me. Product arrived in less than a week after ordering [US]. Great Product and the updates are easy as well.

So far so great.I moved from a ledger x to this wallet just for the fact that it supports more cryptocurrency types. Its super simple to use I really like this one and would recommend.

Perfect wallet. the wallet is perfect for me, I can put crypto that I couldn't with my other wallet. the interface is simple and ergonomic. I can very well recommend it to all my friends and family.

In my opinion D'cent is by far one of the best wallets I have used. I've tried Ellipal, Safepal, and D'cent. It holds a multitude of coins including ISO coins, as well as the majority of their token projects being developed like Xrphealthcare built on the XRPL. It gives me the ability, in most cases, to stake while keeping full control of my assets; my favorite part. Other than the wallet itself, the customer service is great when you need assistance. First walletThis was my first self custody Cold wallet purchase. It was very simple to use. Instructions were easy to follow. I did update the firmware before moving any assets into the wallet and there were no issues. Time will tell, but I can’t see having any problems with it. Small price to pay for peace of mind. IMO
