DCENT App Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using our DCENT App Services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein and all other applicable terms. If you do not expressly agree to these Terms of Use, you must not access or use our App Services.

These Terms of Use are effective as of September 4, 2026.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement governing the relationship between users of the services provided through the DCENT App, including the mobile application, web/hybrid applications, and browser extensions (collectively, the "Services"), and IoTrust Co., Ltd., the provider of the Services (the "Service Provider"), as well as their interactions with other persons in connection with the Services.

Effectiveness and Modification of the Terms

These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Services.

These Terms become effective when they are posted on the DCENT App Service interface or otherwise disclosed to users, and a user who agrees to them registers for, uses, or purchases the Services.

The Service Provider may amend these Terms when it deems such amendment necessary. When the Service Provider amends these Terms, it will provide notice specifying the effective date and reasons for the amendment at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date.

However, if an amendment is materially disadvantageous to users, notice will be provided at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date, and users will also be individually notified by email.

If, due to the nature of the Services, the Service Provider does not possess the user's personal information, or if the user has not provided contact information or has failed to update such information after it has changed, making individual notification impracticable, the notice described above will be deemed to constitute individual notice.

If a user does not agree to amended Terms after the Service Provider has announced or notified the user of such amendment, the user must discontinue use of the Services and must not continue using them.

General Information

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Service Provider with respect to use of the Service Provider's Services and supersede any prior versions of terms governing the Services between the User and the Service Provider.

Limitations of Technical Indicator Information

Any list of assets generated by combining publicly available market data and technical indicators in accordance with previously disclosed calculation methodologies merely indicates that the relevant assets satisfy the specified technical indicator conditions.

Such information does not predict or guarantee future prices, returns, price increases, or rebounds.

Users must review the sources, links to original materials, and applicable reference time displayed within the Services before using such information.

Content provided through the DCENT App may include results generated by using AI to collect, classify, analyze, and summarize information from multiple sources.

The results of AI-based information collection, analysis, and summarization may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, bias, or delays depending on the time at which the output is generated, the data and algorithms used, and circumstances affecting the relevant data providers.

Supported Crypto Assets

DCENT Wallet supports only certain crypto assets.

The Service Provider may temporarily or indefinitely modify, update, or suspend the Services in order to perform work including, but not limited to, firmware and software updates, maintenance, server modifications, and bug fixes.

The Service Provider will use reasonable efforts to avoid interruption of the Services and will provide advance notice of any material interruption where practicable.

The Service Provider may suspend sending and receiving services for certain crypto assets if there is a defect or other issue affecting the crypto asset itself, transactions on the relevant crypto asset network are suspended, a government or regulatory authority implements applicable policies or measures, or other comparable circumstances arise.

Advance notice will be provided in the case of a material interruption of the Services.

The Service Provider does not guarantee proper functionality where the User installs or uses programs or applications that do not comply with DCENT Wallet's service specifications or technical standards.

Third-Party Services

The Service Provider may integrate, reference, and/or provide access to services supplied by third parties.

For example, cryptocurrency Buy, Sell, Swap, and Exchange services are third-party services.

The User agrees that the Service Provider is not responsible for the User's use of any third-party service and that separate terms and conditions imposed by the applicable third-party service provider govern such use.

For ease of reference, links to the terms of use of certain third-party services are provided below.

It is the User's responsibility to review and understand the applicable terms before using any third-party service.

Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Services

DCENT is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, availability, performance, operational failures, or any other issues arising from or related to the use of third-party services.

DCENT does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services or the absence of delays, failures, errors, omissions, corruption, or loss of transmitted information, data, or funds, and assumes no responsibility for such third-party services.

The User agrees that the User is solely responsible for assuming all risks associated with the use of third-party services.

It is the User's responsibility to review the terms, conditions, and policies of the relevant third party before using a third-party service.

Third-party services may not support all languages and may not be available or suitable in certain locations.

If the User chooses to use any such third-party service, the User is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws governing such use.

In addition, the User reserves the right to block access to such third-party services, including but not limited to access through DCENT Wallet, if a third-party partner fails to comply with applicable laws.

We reserve the exclusive right to suspend, remove, or discontinue the availability of any third-party service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Personal Information

Certain third-party services may request or require access to the User's personal information.

Any such personal information will be processed in accordance with the privacy policies and practices of the companies providing the relevant third-party services.

Issues Arising from Third-Party Services

Third-party services may not be properly compatible with the User's software, DCENT Wallet, or DCENT device.

Because third-party services are not provided or operated by DCENT, the Service Provider may be unable to provide support for issues caused by such third-party services.

If the User has any questions or concerns regarding the operation of a third-party service or requires assistance, the User should contact the company providing that third-party service directly.

Decentralized Financial Applications

Certain third-party services may be operated by unknown or unidentified parties but may nevertheless be accessed directly through interactions between the User's wallet and one or more programs, namely "smart contracts," deployed on and accessible through a blockchain network.

Use of such services may allow users to access various functions, such as cryptocurrency exchange services, without providing personal information to an intermediary.

By using such third-party services, the User acknowledges and agrees that use of such services may not be governed by these Terms of Use and that the User may not have any contractual relationship with the third party operating such services.

If the User chooses to use such a third-party service, the User acknowledges that the Service Provider shall have no liability for any matter arising from or related to such use, including any loss of funds.

Fees

Use of certain third-party services may involve transaction fees and/or other fees charged by the applicable third-party service provider.

In addition to such fees, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge a fee (the "DCENT Fee") for the secure and seamless access provided by DCENT that enables the User to use third-party services through DCENT Wallet.

The DCENT Fee may be charged directly to the User or indirectly where the fee is already included in a third-party fee and is paid to DCENT by the applicable third party on the User's behalf.

In such cases, the Service Provider will display all applicable fees.

No Warranty Regarding External Data and Community Content

News, posts, market prices, indicators, schedules, and other information forming the basis of information provided by the Company are generated or provided by third parties.

The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality, or timeliness of such information.

Opinions expressed by external accounts or communities represent the views of the respective publishers and do not constitute the Company's views or recommendations.

If the User accesses a third-party service through an external link, the terms of use and privacy policy of the applicable third party will apply.

User Responsibilities

The User is solely responsible for the use, storage, and backup of information and data relating to crypto assets.

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User's personal information and confidential information used to protect assets, including passwords, recovery phrases, PIN codes, and biometric data.

While using the products and Services, the User is responsible for protecting personal access to the User's accounts and for maintaining the security of the User's computer, mobile phone, and other devices.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the User agrees to be responsible for all activities conducted through the User's account.

The User must take all necessary measures to ensure that the User's personal information and credentials remain confidential.

Because the Service Provider operates a Non-Custodial service, it does not store and cannot access the User's crypto assets or private keys.

The Service Provider does not have access to and does not store passwords, recovery phrases, PIN codes, biometric data, or other credentials associated with the User's use of the Services.

The Service Provider cannot assist the User in recovering such credentials.

Accordingly, the User is solely responsible for remembering, storing, and safeguarding the User's credentials in a secure location where they cannot be observed or accessed by others.

Any third party who obtains one or more of the User's recovery phrase, PIN, biometric data, or password may be able to gain control of the private keys associated with the User's DCENT Wallet or recovery phrase and may steal the User's crypto assets.

In such circumstances, neither the User nor the Service Provider may be able to recover the stolen crypto assets.

When sending or receiving crypto assets using the DCENT App, the User must carefully verify and correctly enter the applicable asset type and destination address.

If crypto assets are sent to an incorrect address or otherwise transferred incorrectly, the Service Provider shall have no liability for damages, recovery assistance, or any other loss unless such transfer resulted from the Service Provider's intentional misconduct or negligence.

However, where the Service Provider reasonably determines that recovery assistance is technically and economically feasible, the Service Provider may assist in recovering an incorrectly transferred asset.

In such a case, the Service Provider may inform the User requesting recovery in advance and charge a reasonable recovery fee.

With respect to obligations of the "User" not specifically provided for in these Terms of Use, the provisions concerning user obligations under the WEPIN Wallet Terms of Use applicable to SSO login shall apply mutatis mutandis.

Notices

Due to the nature of the Services, the Service Provider generally does not retain users' personal contact information.

Accordingly, notices to users may be made by posting the relevant notice for at least one (1) week on the DCENT website, the DCENT App, or DCENT's official website: https://www.dcentwallet.com/

Such posting may serve in lieu of individual notice.

However, where a matter may have a material impact on a User's transactions, the Service Provider will provide individual notice if personal information such as an email address or other contact information has been collected.
