Only customers who purchase a Biometric Wallet or 2X package from the official website or from the 'Iotrust' seller on Amazon are eligible to participate.

3. Preparation Before Applying

Mandatory Update of App and Biometric Wallet to the Latest Version!

DCENT Wallet Mobile App

(v7.2.0 or higher)

Open the DCENT app → Settings → App Info
Update to the latest version via Google Play or App Store

Biometric Wallet (v2.32.0.1212 or higher)

Device Authentication → Settings → Device Info → Check Kernel Version
If your version is lower than v2.32.0.1212, please update the firmware.
