General Rules

• Participants must comply with all campaign rules and requirements in order to receive rewards.
• D'CENT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign, including its schedule, rules, or reward distribution, at its sole discretion.
• Any fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or otherwise suspicious participation may result in immediate disqualification from the campaign.
• Rewards are subject to network conditions, processing timelines, and distribution schedules.
• By participating in this campaign, users agree to these terms and conditions.

Event 1 — Wallet Purchase Cashback

• Participants must be aged 18 or over and reside in a jurisdiction where participation and receipt of cryptocurrency rewards are not prohibited or restricted by law.
• Users who purchase a D'CENT Biometric Wallet during the campaign period are eligible to receive $25 USDT cashback (Kaia network).
• The cashback reward is limited to the first 200 eligible buyers on a first-come, first-served basis.
• After a successful purchase, a cashback voucher QR code will be sent to the purchaser's email address once the order is fulfilled.
• The voucher QR code must be activated within the D'CENT App within 17 calendar days from the email date, or it will become void.
• Participants must register the cashback voucher QR code within the D'CENT App to claim the reward.
• Verified cashback rewards will be airdropped on May 6, 2026. Distribution may be delayed by up to 3 business days in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• The cashback reward will be distributed in USDT on the Kaia network.
• Refunded or canceled purchases before the airdrop date are not eligible for the cashback reward.
• Each eligible wallet purchase may receive one cashback reward.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring the email address provided during purchase is accurate, as the voucher QR code will be sent to that address.
• D'CENT (IoTrust Co., Ltd.) is not liable for failures in reward delivery caused by network congestion, blockchain issues, or incorrect wallet addresses provided by the participant.

Event 2 — Kaia Quest Bonus Rewards

• Users may participate in Kaia quests within the D'CENT App during the campaign period.
• The details of the missions and participation requirements can be found on the Kaia Quest page in the D'CENT App or the official campaign notice.
• Rewards will be distributed in USDT on the Kaia network.
• The airdrop rewards will be sent to the participant's D'CENT wallet address within approximately fourteen (14) days after the campaign ends.
