D’CENT Wallet is integrated with Orbit Chain network!
In the latest update of D’CENT Wallet, we are excited to announce Orbit Chain is now fully integrated in the wallet.
What is Orbit Chain?
Orbit Chain has developed a revolutionary Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) technology with the aim of connecting the multiple blockchains to its ecosystem.
Orbit Chain connects with multiple public blockchains including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Klaytn, ICON, Celo, and Terra, where the IBC technology allows assets from different chains to be used on a single decentralized platform.
Main Updates
✅ Orbit Chain’s mainnet account creation (OORC account).
✅ Orbit Chain’s tokens are marked as “ORC-ERC20”. (These tokens are assets from various networks that have been bridged over to the Orbit Chain using Orbit Bridge dApp).
You can add an Orbit Chain mainnet account by searching for “OORC”.
🚨 NOTE that Orbit Chain account (including token accounts) in the D’CENT Wallet does not have the send function. In order to perform send transfer of your ORC-ERC20 asset to another chain, you need to connect your wallet to the Orbit Bridge dApp.
✅ Orbit Chain mainnet supported in the Discovery Tab (dApp browser).
