Lost several hundred dollars moving tokens

Tried to move VET after moving so many others from a Bitrue account and for some reason, the link was bad, the network not the same, or whatever all my coins were lost. I know there are several networks for some tokens but I’ve been doing this for 3 1/2 yrs and its never been this difficult to move a particular coin w/o it becoming lost forever
