D’CENT Introduces Card Wallet Supporting Klaytn
In partnership with Kakao’s blockchain affiliate Ground X, D’CENT is pleased to introduce NFC (Near Field Communication) enabled card type hardware wallet that supports KLAY, KCT, and NFT. Through NFC communication protocol, the users can enjoy the simple and convenient experience of using a hardware wallet to manage digital assets.
Klaytn Card Wallet works in tandem to your mobile phone through NFC communication and it offers the simplest way of using a hardware wallet by Tagging. The Klaytn Card Wallet features a bank-grade certified security chip that offers the highest security for protecting your private keys. Each card wallet is printed with a unique QR code address, which can be scanned with a camera on a mobile phone. The holder of the card wallet can simply present the QR code to a sender and receive digital assets directly into the card wallet without using the D’CENT mobile app.
As of the launch date, Klaytn Card Wallet supports 11 Klaytn-compatible tokens(KCT) including BOX (BOX), Beans (BNS), Insureum (ISR), TEMCO (TEMCO), PIBBLE (PIB), Pixel (PXL), HINT (HINT), Antube (ATT), Cloudbric (CLBK), Boltt (BOLTT), SIX (SIX) as well as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
Since most of the users are already familiar with NFC payment, Klaytn Card Wallet is expected to be easily adopted at various blockchain markets including DeFi, Collectable markets as well as Payment industry. And when it comes to NFT and Collectable markets, Klaytn Card Wallet would bring new added value to meet market requirements (i.e. mobile gaming markets are growing & users want to manage unique game items by themselves in a safe manner).
The world’s first Klaytn Card Wallet will be available for purchase during the pre-order event (August 3 ~ 16). While supplies are limited, each pre-ordered Klaytn Card Wallet will receive 20 KLAY for free. For more details, please visit dcentwallet.com.
