D’CENT Wallet now supports Boba Network!
D’CENT Wallet is now integrated with Boba Network, a next-generation Ethereum Layer 2 Optimistic Rollup scaling solution that reduces gas fees, improves transaction throughput, and extends the capabilities of smart contracts.
In order to use the Boba L2, users have to migrate their Ethereum based assets over to the Boba network. To move assets into or out of an Optimistic Ethereum network you can use the Boba Gateway.
D’CENT Wallet users can manage the Boba network’s native currency ETH, the governance token BOBA, and all other Boba network-based assets marked ‘BOBA-ERC20’ from the Biometric wallet & App wallet.
The Boba Network is an EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) compatible blockchain network, which means various Boba-based dApp services can be accessed from the Discovery Tab (dApp browser) in the D’CENT Wallet. To connect with Boba-based dApps, select the network to use as the BOBA L2 Network.
